Deletion requests are typically reviewed within 7 business days.
Important Note
Organization-owned lead history, audit logs, or billing records may be retained when required.
If you want your 24CRM account removed, contact your workspace administrator or the support channel that was provided when your account was created.
For faster verification, submit the request from your registered email address or include your full name, registered email, phone number, and workspace name.
If your account was used inside an organization workspace, some records may remain under that organization’s control even after your account is deleted.
Once deletion is completed, you may lose access to the 24CRM website, mobile app, reminders, and any account-specific settings tied to that profile.
If you only want to stop using notifications or the app temporarily, ask your administrator about disabling access instead of deleting the account permanently.
