This public page explains how to request removal of a 24CRM account and what happens to related data after the request is processed.

Organization-owned lead history, audit logs, or billing records may be retained when required.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

If you want your 24CRM account removed, contact your workspace administrator or the support channel that was provided when your account was created.

For faster verification, submit the request from your registered email address or include your full name, registered email, phone number, and workspace name.

  • Use the subject or message text: Account deletion request.
  • Specify whether you want permanent account deletion or only access removal from a workspace.
  • Wait for confirmation in case the team needs to verify ownership before deletion.

2. What We Delete

  • Your profile details and login access associated with the account.
  • Active sessions and app/web authentication access tied to that account.
  • Notification tokens, saved preferences, and profile-level settings.
  • Profile assets or personal account data that is not required for workspace recordkeeping.

3. What May Be Retained

If your account was used inside an organization workspace, some records may remain under that organization’s control even after your account is deleted.

  • Lead records, notes, assignment history, and audit trails linked to business workflows.
  • Billing, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution records when retention is required.
  • Routine backup copies until they expire or are overwritten according to operational schedules.

4. Effect of Deletion

Once deletion is completed, you may lose access to the 24CRM website, mobile app, reminders, and any account-specific settings tied to that profile.

If you only want to stop using notifications or the app temporarily, ask your administrator about disabling access instead of deleting the account permanently.
